DOGVANA was born from a lifelong love of animals and a passion for their care. My journey began as a young girl growing up in the Inland Empire, where the dry weather often led to allergy flare-ups and skin sensitivities in my pets. I found myself constantly searching for ways to soothe their discomfort and keep up with their hygiene. That’s where it all started, my deep desire to help animals feel better, live better, and be cared for the right way.

 

With over 20 years of experience as a veterinary technician, I’ve had the privilege of working in animal hospitals, grooming facilities, animal shelters, and even teaching in a veterinary assistant program. Throughout these experiences, one truth stood out: proper hygiene and grooming are not luxuries, they’re essential to your pet’s health and well-being.

 

Over time, my appreciation for grooming evolved into a genuine love. I realized that grooming wasn’t just about keeping pets clean, it was an opportunity to bond, to heal, and to prevent bigger health issues down the line. In addition, has been known to ease behavioral issues. That’s when the vision for DOGVANA truly began to take shape.

 

DOGVANA is the result of decades of experience, compassion, and the belief that every pet deserves to feel their best. I’m proud to bring this vision to life and to share it with our community.

 

MISSION STATEMENT:  At DOGVANA, we’re more than just a pet grooming facility, we’re a wellness destination for your furry family members. We’ve created a soothing, spa-like environment where pets (and their humans) can feel at ease. Our self-serve dog wash stations feature easy entry, soft water, temperature and pressure-controlled bathing systems, and a range of carefully selected shampoos and conditioners tailored to your pet’s specific needs.

 

DOGVANA is also a fun, welcoming space for all ages! We want kids to enjoy the experience too, Washing the family dog can be a fun memory and a learning opportunity. We are ADA compliant, and we haven’t forgotten about our senior community to ensure everyone can participate. We also offer a private drying room for double and triple-coated breeds who need a bit more time and comfort.

 

And for those pets who need a little extra care, we’re excited to introduce our professional grooming services available by appointment only. Because some pups need more than just a good rinse, our grooming sessions provide that deeper level of care every pet deserves. From essential hair trimming that keeps coats healthy and skin breathing freely, to gentle nail care that prevents pain and posture issues, and exfoliating treatments that leave their skin refreshed—every service is designed with your pet’s comfort and wellbeing in mind. We even offer breed-specific options like ear hair removal and coat-type maintenance for those who need it. To keep everyone safe, owners will be required to provide a valid rabies certificate at the time of appointment.

 

It doesn’t matter how big or small or how dirty your pet is, we welcome all with open arms and wagging tails. But most importantly, we’re here to help educate. Our mission is to empower pet owners with the knowledge they need to properly care for their pets because when you know better, you do better.
